At Linabay, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return—no questions asked.

How to Return an Item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at support@linabay.com. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care & beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days—no justification needed. The item must still be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
